- To help you prepare, here is a list of documents you must bring with you when you visit our clinic for your appointment.
- Photocopy of Original passport
- Any original identification card (Passport / PAN / Aadhar / Birth certificate)
- 2 latest 35 mm × 45 mm sized photographs with white background not older than 6 months without obstructing the face and resembling the current appearance.
- Any document with your address in South Korea with Post Code. University/office address is also fine, For eg. offer letter, admission letter, etc if you don't have any letter, self written letter/email with South Korea address is also acceptable
- Certificate once issued is final and no changes can be made once issued thus make sure you verify your certificate before you leave our clinic
- Please note there is no fasting required for this medical test
- It will take approximately 3 hours to complete your medical examination and we will hand over the report immediately
- Kindly note, certificate will be handed over only to the applicant. We will require applicant's signature on the certificate
- We do not do test during pregnancy. Please talk to doctor if you have pregnancy.
